Just a quick picture of something I picked up the other day. Something that just puts a smile on my face when I see it.
Seriously, who thought "Ah, yes, a pickle planter, that's what we need!"
I guess they had me in mind.
I was hoping my cards would fit the other way but they look cute this way as well.
So, here's a random thought.....
I refer to all my junking finds as my treasures. I thought because they are as good as gold to me. But as I'm squirreling away my finds from this morning, I got the feeling that I was hiding them, like buried treasure!
And how many times have I wished I'll made a map! Ha!

Anyway, in the mean time, I'm joining Debra at Common Ground for Vintage Inspiration Friday!
Wow, the first Pickle Planter I have ever seen.... I added to My Treasure today too~ Have a wonderful Mother's Day.
ReplyDeleteCute pickle planter! I've never seen one either!
ReplyDeleteIn case I haven't told you, I love that purse in your header!
Have a great week,
Tammy
What a cute planter. I like how you are using it:) To answer you questions about my Doves...they are very easy to take care of. And they are so peaceful. You can hold them and they seem to like it. BUT if you get a male AND female you will have baby chicks if you don't take the eggs away. They are sooooo cute and yellow when they are born. The females will still have eggs without the males too, just take them away. They are great parents:) Listen for the louder and more cooing at the pet store. That will be your male. The females do coo but are quieter. Let me know if you decide to get them:)
